We strive to help people experience a sense of belonging – discovering inventive, effective ways of helping young people help themselves and those around them lead more satisfying lives. The way we gather matters
When you listen to your community, you see how many perspectives there are and you are intellectually humble in the face of that pluralism.
Gathering people is the start of the community, but it is not a community. We need to go deeper, build trusted relationships, and share our own stories with each other.

Covid-19 has shattered our perceptions and caused fear, grief, and loneliness; it has also led us to appreciate compassion, resilience, selflessness, and adaptability.
We are building a network of trust and reciprocity within the ‘millennial’ community. Our events act as a curated platform that shapes our curriculum by convening our members, who are our own stakeholders.
Community is about showing up and investing in the ongoing creation of our lives. We spend far more time and effort on trying to pretend who we are than on trying to understand who we are – and even when we try to understand ourselves, we usually do so in the hope that understanding ourselves will make it easier to fool others.
